When creating this collection, I wanted to incorporate the most prominent aspects of Quetzalcoatl’s mythology. I started with the feathers flat but then I bent the rods to “ruffle” the wisps of the feathers. Making them imperfect and appearing that wind was blowing through (a nod to Quetzalcoatl being the God of Wind).

The Plume earring is an extra long earring that almost comes all the way to the shoulder. They are super dramatic but not too heavy.
